Help!!! I need tips on removing crayons from windows…like ALL the windows in my house. We totally support creativity and love how Gianni has an obsession with circles, but he took a step too far. Gianni ‘decorated’ all of our first floor, shoulder height (for a 2.5 foot tall boy) windows with LOTS of circles–big circles, small circles and even some medium circles. Now what? We’ve already talked about how the windows are not for drawing…but how do I remove it?
Stop laughing. This is serious.

hahahaha! jamie has decorated lots of things in our house. the couch, and his entire ikea kid’s kitchen. a mr. clean magic eraser works wonders. since our coloring incidents i have to keep crayons in a bag up high in the pantry.
I need to invest in Mr. Clean–as in buy some of their stock. And no, Jamie and Gianni are never allowed to meet–I’m afraid they’d give each other new ideas.
Yes, you will need to keep them out of reach and out of mind! hahahaha yay ra ra Mr. Clean sponges !!!!
I so appreciate your post. My little one just started coloring with crayons. He almost ate a green one yesterday, as a matter of fact. If this ever happens, I now know what to do. Thanks and I hope Mr. Clean works for you.
HAHA! Thanks, Shirley. We haven’t had any instances of snacking on crayons yet, but I’m sure that since I said it, he’ll try to eat a green one tonight.
You know, Sarah…if he had a brother or sister he probably wouldn’t get into stuff like this bc he’d have someone to play with. (OR you’d have double the naughty on your hands).
double the naughty. end of story.

I have done research on your problem, not by trial and error, just interet research. Try using Baking Soda mixed with warm water or Baby wipes or Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. A suggested method was given to use toothpaste on hard surfaces. Hope this helps.
Thanks, Fletch. I’m sure your boys would never do something like this.
They were so cute last weekend. Can’t wait to get the pictures.
