Capa–what–a?

Capa Tosta literally means “tough head” in Italian.  It pretty much translates to stubborn in English.  My Italian husband lovingly gave me the nickname, “Miss Capa Tosta.”  I think he is just jealous because I’m always right…  :-)   Just kidding…just kidding.  Kind of.

Sarah Travaglio recently moved to America from Italy.  She documents the humorous trials and tribulations of being a new mom (not a natural transition for her), married to a “legal alien,” all while working in corporate America, on her blog Miss CapaTosta.

Sarah graduated from West Point in 2004, and claims she didn’t learn about motherhood at what she calls the nation’s largest fraternity: The United States Military Academy. She recently left her position as an officer in the Army (serving at the NATO headquarters in Naples) and brought her Italian keepsakes–husband and son–home to America to start a life together in Nashville.
